Bell Bottom Blues: 10 Ways To Wear Bell Bottoms

A few weeks ago, I wrote about how bell bottoms are back and after much reluctance (not to mention 10+ years as a skinny jeans devotée), I have finally succumbed and am now in love with this trend. Rest assured, I will not be giving up my skinnies anytime soon but it's fun to have variety in your wardrobe. Not to be confused with wide-leg or boot cut jeans, the best bell bottoms are high-waisted, dark blue or white denim and floor-grazing. Bring your platform shoes when you try them on because if they don't touch the floor when you're wearing them, they're not long enough. The high waist combined with the ultra long inseam will make your legs super loooooooong. These are my picks for how to wear bell bottoms this summer.

My 89 year old Auntie Milagros Romero Alonzo died of covid last Friday. She was alone in the ICU because nobody was allowed to visit her. Her nurse held up a phone so that we could all say goodbye to her via Facetime. Now we are planning a Zoom funeral. Take this pandemic seriously.
